The largest plan self-serve on the pricing page: more events, more projects, more history, more people. What follows is the real quota and an honest account of which Business-only entitlements are reachable by a customer today and which are not.

What that quota actually gets you today

Built and usable right now, at any tier including Free: funnels, retention cohorts, segments, tracking-plan validation and revenue analytics. What Business genuinely buys ahead of Professional today is quota, not features, more events, more projects, more team seats and three years of history instead of two.

Not yet built, on any plan: scheduled reports, the reporting API, warehouse export, session replay, experiments and AI insights. They are listed in the plan's entitlements so the plan you choose now is still the right one once they ship, not to imply they exist today. The changelog is the source of truth for what has actually shipped.

SSO and SCIM, stated accurately

The authentication service has SSO and SCIM plugins registered (packages/auth/src/auth.ts): the underlying capability is wired into better-auth alongside email and password, passkeys and TOTP. There is no screen yet where a customer connects their own identity provider or configures provisioning. SSO and SCIM were explicitly out of scope for the first phase of the build, and remain on the roadmap rather than shipped. If you need either to sign a contract, say so before you commit to a date, because none is set yet.

Two things we are not going to promise

White-label reporting does not exist.

There is no way to put your logo instead of ours on a report or an export. It appears in the plan's entitlement list for the same forward-looking reason as scheduled reports and the API do, not because it is available.

There is no SLA.

Self-hosted infrastructure run by a small team does not support one honestly yet. If an uptime commitment is a requirement, say so and we will tell you plainly where things stand rather than write a number we cannot back.

What is real on Business today

Three years of retained history.

36 months, against 24 on Professional and 12 on Starter. Configurable down, never up past the plan ceiling.

An audit log, in the product, with actor and time.

Every subject access request and project setting change is written to an append-only log you can read yourself, not one we have to pull for you. Business raises how long it is kept, up to 84 months, against 24 by default.

30 projects, 30 team members.

Room for an organisation running several products or client accounts under one bill, rather than one project per plan.

Bot traffic labelled, never billed, on this plan same as every plan.

The event count above is real traffic. A product that bills for bot traffic has an incentive not to filter it well.

Getting on this plan

Checkout is not wired yet anywhere on the site. The quota and the gating above are real and enforced in the product the moment an account is on this plan; taking a card is the part that is missing. Today that means an email rather than a payment form, the same as every paid plan on pricing.

Need more than this, dedicated infrastructure, a negotiated DPA, or up to 84 months of retention beyond what is listed here. That is an Enterprise conversation, not a plan you can select, and it starts the same way: email us.
