Priced on events, because that is what actually costs us money. The meter is in the app from the first day, so the invoice is never the first time you hear about it.

Larger volumes are an Enterprise conversation: dedicated infrastructure, negotiated DPA, up to 84 months of retention.

Checkout is not wired yet. The plans, the quotas and the gating are real and enforced in the product; taking a card is the part that is missing, so a paid plan today is an email rather than a payment form. The free plan needs none of that and works now.

Built and in the product today: funnels, retention cohorts, segments, tracking-plan validation, revenue analytics, and session replay. Replay is switched off until you turn it on, and watching a recording needs a permission that no role carries by default, so somebody has to grant it deliberately and every view lands in your audit log. Still on the roadmap: scheduled reports, the reporting API, warehouse export, white-label reports, SSO and SCIM, experiments and AI insights. They are listed above so the plan you choose is the plan you will still want, not to imply they exist today. The changelog keeps the same list and is the one we update first.

CSV export is not in the table because it is not gated. Every report with an export button gives you CSV on every plan, free included, and so do the raw events behind it. Charging for the way out of a product is a dark pattern with a pricing page in front of it.

How the billing actually behaves

Bot traffic is never billed.

Bots are detected, labelled and excluded from both your reports and your meter. A product that bills for bot traffic has an incentive not to filter it well.

Overage is charged in whole packs of 100,000.

So the invoice is arithmetic you can do in your head, not a per-event rate you cannot predict.

There is a 10% grace before collection stops.

Crossing your allowance does not cut your data off mid-month, and collection only pauses past the grace. The meter under Billing is the warning, and it is there from your first day. Email delivery is not wired yet, so nothing arrives in your inbox, and we would rather say that than let you assume an alert is coming.

Downgrading never deletes your data.

It stops collection above the new allowance and hides gated reports. Everything already collected stays queryable for your retention window.

Prices are in euros.

No dollar FX surprises. VAT is handled with reverse charge for VAT-registered EU businesses.

The free plan is a product, not a trial.

10,000 events a month, one project, three months of history, no card and no expiry.
