For agencies

Twenty clients, one afternoon of reporting

Reporting eats agency margin. The work is not analysis, it is screenshotting the same six charts twenty times and pasting them into slides.

What usually goes wrong

Every client site is a separate login

And a separate export, and a separate month-end scramble.

Clients ask questions the tool cannot answer

Which campaign actually produced the enquiries, not just the sessions.

Google Analytics is a liability conversation you keep having

Especially with clients in healthcare, law, the public sector or anything unionised.

What Metricward does about it

A project switcher, not twenty logins

Every client project your account reaches is two clicks away in the sidebar. The selection is a preference the server re-checks against your own membership, so a hand-edited cookie selects nothing.

Dashboards that are saved queries

A board is a set of tiles that re-run against live data every time it is opened, each carrying its provenance badge and the segment it was saved with. Nothing on it is a screenshot that has quietly aged.

The month-end export is a CSV, not a screenshot

Every traffic, customer and revenue report exports, and so do the raw events, with the segment on screen applied to the file. Numbers land in the spreadsheet you already build the client deck from.

An EU answer you can give in one sentence

Data in Sweden, IP addresses never stored, and a processor-terms page your client's lawyer can read in five minutes.

What is not built yet

Two gaps that matter to an agency specifically. There is no way to invite anyone yet, so client seats and the read-only client role exist in the permission matrix and not in a screen: today the account is yours alone. And dashboards belong to one project, so a board is rebuilt per client rather than applied across them. White-label PDFs and scheduled delivery are specified and not shipped either. What you get instead is CSV out of every report, which is less convenient and completely honest.

It is on the changelog with everything else we have not done. A roadmap item described as a feature is how software gets bought and then resented.
